Executive Team Assistant Kathleen Hoffmaster comes to BinVita with ample experience in customer service and customer care management. Kathleen’s background includes a wide range of experiences, working with customers and clients in many industries, from retail sales, food services, residential senior living, to manufacturing.  In addition, she has managerial and accounting experience, all of which play a significant role in supporting the BinVita team.

Tracy Henry joins BinVita with over ten years of information technology experience, including work for a global technology services company.  Tracy’s previous experience includes work with recognized and established corporations, such as General Motors and Xerox, as well as large governments, such as the State of Michigan.  Tracy’s broad range of IT experience includes computer programming, quality assurance, and business analysis, in addition to having followed all phases of the system lifecycles.

Ashley Higgins joins BinVita with a wealth of experience in customer service and customer accounts, especially in the area of athletics and its associated commerce.  In addition to accounting services, Ashley’s background includes experience managing, coaching, and participating with athletic teams, from volleyball and basketball to softball.
